Comtech Xicom Technology is an ISO-9001:2008 certified engineering and manufacturing organization. All of our products are designed for compliance with global environmental and safety standards. Most Xicom Technology amplifiers are compliant with European CE-Mark requirements. Xicom is also WEEE compliant.

All products are fully screened and tested prior to shipment in order to ensure product reliability. Screening includes thermal shock for all PCBs at the sub-assembly level, and final product acceptance testing coupled with various burn-in, altitude testing and thermal cycling. Our manufacturing processes include Just In Time (JIT) techniques, surface-mount technology, and extensive design and part commonality. Manufacturing lines utilize Kan Ban methodologies coupled with Design for Test (DFT) principles. The quality assurance organization at Xicom Technology regularly performs compliance assessments throughout the organization in order to monitor business systems’ health and to identify opportunities for improvement.
