World-Wide Service Centers
The Comtech Xicom customer service department provides complete technical, operational and problem solving support. Our team has the resources, experience and capabilities to repair all Comtech Xicom products, at the factory or in one of our global service centers. Factory-trained and experienced personnel will provide you with the highest level of technical service. Our services centers have access to complete production and end-user documentation for all products, as well as a comprehensive inventory of spare parts. We can perform services from routine maintenance and upgrades to detailed re-manufacturing of our customers’ products. We offer on-site services including installation, maintenance, system upgrades and repairs.
Special service packages can be negotiated including spare parts, extended warranties and maintenance agreements.
